Gail has over 30 years of experience in the oil and gas exploration business. He has been President and CEO of both public and privately owned oil and gas companies during his career. He has both a BA and Law degree from Southern Methodist University.

THOMAS HUGHES – OPERATIONS MANAGER
Tommy has 20+ years experience in all phases of oil and gas drilling and operations. He earned a Petroleum Engineering degree from the University of Texas at Austin.

MIKE HILL – SENIOR GEOLOGIST
Mike has 20+ years experience in drilling and exploration. Most of Mike’s working experience has been in the Texas Gulf Coast and South Texas. He earned a BS in Geology from the University of Texas at Austin.

GLEN PANKONIEN – CHIEF GEOLOGIST
Glen has over 30 years of experience in the oil and gas exploration business. He started his career with The Superior Oil Company, was acquired by Mobile Oil and then by Exxon. Most of his geology and operations experience has been in the Texas and Louisiana onshore Gulf Coast. He earned a BS in Geology from Texas A&M University.

LYNDA MOCZYGEMBA – ACCOUNTING/LAND MANAGER
Lynda has 20+ years of experience in all phases of oil and gas accounting, Railroad Commission reporting and operations.

DONNA ELWOOD – PRODUCTION ENGINEER
Donna has 20 years of production and gas treating experience in the U.S. and South America. She is a registered Professional Engineer in Texas and earned a BS in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University.

PAM DOWNING – GENERAL ACCOUNTING
Pam has 20+ years of experience in Accounting and Human Resources. She earned a BS from Delta State University.

John has 25+ years of experience in the oil and gas exploration business. Most of his geology experience has been in the Texas and Louisiana Gulf Coast. He earned a BS in Geology from the University of Texas at Austin.
